                                      WE ARE HIRING!   Sales and Marketing Executive – Nairobi.

Job Summary 

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and driving revenue growth across our range of relocation and logistics services.
This is a fast-paced, field-oriented role that requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Conduct client meetings, needs assessments, and deliver persuasive service presentations
  •  Generate leads, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales
  •  Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
  •  Conduct pre-move surveys and prepare accurate job costing.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of relocations.
  •  Manage timelines and ensure efficient turnaround on all sales engagements.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights.
  • Brief and support clients throughout the relocation process.

Key Skills and Requirements 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Ability to quickly assess client needs and tailor solutions
  • Diploma or Degree in a business-related field
  • Experience in a moving, logistics, or warehousing company will be an added advantage
  •  Knowledge or exposure to international relocation services, including coordination of cross-border moves, will be highly advantageous
