Job summary. In this role, the incumbent will lead and manage all warehouse operations by ensuring efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, staff supervision, client relationship management, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement to deliver exceptional customer service and support business growth.   Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and handle warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, dispatch, deliveries, and collections.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and shrinkage control.
  • Optimize warehouse space, layouts, and workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure efficient logistics, distribution, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment, facilities, and operational systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external logistics partners to meet client requirements.
  • Creating a professional buy-in atmosphere to keep the client engaged and interested in our services.
  • Drive business growth through building sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile and competitive warehouse pricing.
  • Manage debtor performance in line with finance guidelines and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Enforce health, safety, hygiene, security, and legal compliance standards.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices, including the 6K space utilization concept.
  • Prepare and monitor warehouse operational reports and continuously improve warehouse processes and systems.
  • Report monthly, quarterly, and annual warehouse performance to Executive Management.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years' progressive experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Sage, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical and results-driven with strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating logistics, deliveries, dispatch, and inventory management.
  • Sound knowledge of warehouse health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels and adapt to industry best practices.
  • Physically capable of handling goods and conducting stock counts when required.

Job summary In this role, the incumbent will actively identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients for warehouse and storage services through field sales and relationship management. Focus on securing corporate, e-commerce, and manufacturing accounts for warehousing, cross-docking, fulfillment, and related logistics solutions.   Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and source B2B leads requiring inventory storage and fulfillment services through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Follow up on leads quickly, managing sales turnaround times (TAT) from inquiry to contract.
  • Conduct site surveys to determine storage profiles, calculate handling costs, and recommend unit dimensions.
  • Guide prospects through the facility, highlighting security infrastructure, storage features and promoting self-storage units.
  • Schedule and conduct surveys and accurately calculate costs per job storage and handling.
  • Partner with finance and warehouse managers to design custom pricing models for storage, handling, and freight.
  • Negotiate prices, finalize terms, process sales agreements, and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Drive revenue by cross-selling packing supplies and upselling insurance options for high value goods.
  • Maintain positive, long-term customer relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and delightful customer experience.
  • Brief clients and internal logistics teams before, during, and after physical inventory moves.
  • Liaise with departments/branches/external stakeholders to coordinate successful inventory logistics and management.
  • Report regularly on sales wins, pipeline progress, market challenges, and support needs.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years' experience in B2B sales within logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or related services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus with consultative selling and needs assessment capabilities.
